Medical expertise, human support, local roots and innovation are the pillars on which all the Inicea teams are based. 100% of Inicea’s healthcare facilities have been awarded A or B classification by the Haute Autorité de Santé (French National Health Authority), guaranteeing a high quality of care.
Community Care
- Domiciliary care
- Shared housing (assisted living facilities and shared living houses)

Petits-fils joined the Clariane community in 2018. It is now France’s leading private network of home care providers for people who want to stay at home, with almost 292 agencies in 200 cities and living areas. This domiciliary care provides day-to-day support and services for the loss of autonomy: assistance with meals, housework, shopping, etc., so that elderly people can continue to live at home.

Since 2008, Ages et Vie has been offering shared accommodation with support services for the elderly experiencing a loss of autonomy in their daily lives. In a safe and friendly environment, people who can no longer live alone in their own homes have the opportunity to live together in shared accommodation with height bedrooms. They benefit from the reassuring presence of care assistants 24 hours a day, providing personalised support (help getting up, going to bed, washing, housework, laundry, entertainment and home-cooked meals, etc.). Integrated into the life of its town or neighbourhood, an Ages et Vie home enables the elderly to remain close to their families or the place where they have always lived. In 2018, Âges et Vie joined the Clariane community, enabling it to develop this innovative model. Today, Âges et Vie has almost 3,000 people sharing 373 homes across France.
