Korian publishes its 2022 Universal Registration Document

The Universal Registration Document, which reports on Korian’s activity throughout 2022, is now avalaible.

The Universal Registration Document includes our Annual financial report and integrated report, presenting the new corporate project that mobilizes us.

With “At Your Side”, we are confirming our strategic shift from care for elderly people to the management of all forms of vulnerability and focussing on the conditions for implementation.

The Universal Registration Document was filed on 27 April 2023 with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers – AMF), in its capacity as competent authority under Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, without prior approval in accordance with Article 9 of said regulation.
