Clariane publishes its 2024 Universal Registration Document
Clariane announces the publication of its 2024 Universal Registration Document, filed on March 31, 2025, with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). This document includes the annual financial report as well as the integrated report, providing a comprehensive overview of the Group’s performance, governance, and social and environmental responsibility commitments.
Through this publication, Clariane reaffirms its purpose of “Taking care of each person’s humanity in times of vulnerability”, which is embedded in its At Your Side corporate project, designed to support Clariane’s transformation into a purpose-driven company.
This project is driven by a threefold ambition:
- meet growing demand for personalised care as close to home as possible with the shift to outpatient models;
- build on core strengths across all business segments, from medical expertise in geroscience and talent development to digital transformation;
- consolidate the pact of trust with stakeholders.
