Korian France certified Top Employer in 2022
Following Korian Germany in 2021, Korian France has been certified Top Employer 2022. Korian is thus the first company in France’s health and medico-social sector to receive this distinction awarded by the Top Employers Institute.
Korian France’s overall score of 70.12%, exceeded the 60% required to meet the standard. Obtaining particularly high scores were Korian France’s HR policy organisation and management, as well as its employer brand and inclusion practices.
The comprehensive audit preceding this certification covered 400 HR practices which were divided into six main areas (Manage, Organise, Attract, Develop, Engage and Bring together), covering a total of 20 themes, including talent management strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, training and skills development, well-being at work, and diversity and inclusion.
