Sarah Mingham appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Clariane Group, and Stéphane Bisseuil, Director of Investor Relations

Sarah Mingham has been appointed Deputy Finance Director of the Clariane Group, with responsibility for financial consolidation, management control, treasury and financing. Stéphane Bisseuil will be in charge of investor relations.

Sarah Mingham began her career as a consultant with Ernst & Young. She then held various strategic positions in the finance departments of international groups such as Alstom, GE and Engie. She joined the Clariane Group in 2019 as Director of Treasury, Financing and Investor Relations.

Stéphane Bisseuil began his career in a subsidiary of the Arcelor group and then with Rothschild & Cie. In 2000, he joined Netgen before becoming head of investor relations and financial communications successively at Spérian, Gemalto and, since 2007, the Vicat Group.
