Marion Cardon spent 10 years at Disneyland Paris, first in the Strategic Planning unit, an in-house strategy consultancy, then in the Strategic Marketing Department. She then took over the Marketing and Digital Department of Barrière Hotels, supporting the transformation of the Group’s image and products as well as its digital shift. She then joined the LVMH group, in charge of the Marketing and Digital Department of LVMH Hotel Management (Cheval Blanc Hotels) to develop the brand and strengthen the customer experience.
On December 2020, she joined Clariane as French Chief Marketing Officer and in July 2022, she was appointed Group Chief Marketing Director.
Since January 2023, she is Chief Brand and Engagement Officer.
She is also in charge of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), which reports directly to her.
