Martina Nickel

Social assistance worker within the Haus der Betreuung und Pflege Vienenburg nursing home

Teacher and graduated with a degree in psychology, Mrs. Martina Nickel starts her career as a secondary school teacher before setting up a tutoring school. She then switched to the care sector after having experiences in call centers and in the catering industry.

Mrs. Martina Nickel is a support worker in the area of social care of one of the Groupe nursing home in Germany. She also has been Chairwoman of the local work council in this nursing home since 2013 and is a member of the European company’s works council, the German stakeholder council and the Clariane Woman’s Club.
