Medical excellence and innovation at Clariane

Transcription texte

At the heart of Clariane’s promise, what sets us apart is medical excellence for patients, residents and employees alike. Our primary responsibility is to ensure excellence in care while respecting the dignity and freedom of choice of fragile people and their loved ones, while promoting the strengthening or maintenance of autonomy.

Our ambition, which is already producing measurable results, is to become the essential partner of the largest research centres and of innovative companies. This means we provide our patients/residents and our employees with cutting-edge care, including innovative diagnostics based on AI, non-pharmaceutical therapies, virtual reality and exoskeletons. This approach is embodied by the Innovation Days held in April 2024 in Biarritz-Cambo les Bains, France – a pioneering event held by the Group, bringing together a host of specialists to discuss the topic of gait rehabilitation assisted by robotics and exoskeletons in neurology.

Our care offerings themselves are visionary: shared living, long-term care homes on a human scale, and homes that encourage social bonds between residents and offer comprehensive care pathways from acute care to social integration.

Our integrated European base and the diversity of approaches allow us to fully benefit from cross-fertilisation, which does not exist in the medico-social sector outside of basic research.

We invest heavily in running European networks of experts within the Group, including on rehabilitation, psychiatry and neurogeriatrics. Our strong links with the university hospital environment allow us to benefit from high-level support.

Finally, our priority is to roll out the WHO’s dependency prevention programme from the earliest possible age across our network. We are at the front line of public health policies and our responsiveness makes us an effective and essential actor.

Our unique approach to care, Positive Care, embodies the essence of the medicine of the future: prevention, a holistic approach, ethical and participatory care, and customised care pathways that include e-health.

Deployed across all our care homes, Positive Care is now a benchmark within our teams and the foundation on which we will continue to build an increasingly personalised and human approach to care.
