Korus 2022 - A milestone toward becoming a social enterprise
There is a new type of relationship between employees and their employers that goes beyond social dialogue or raises in pay. Employees shareholding, becoming an owner of the company! This is the purpose behind this first Korus 2022 shareholding plan for the Group's employees.
We wish to restore the collective's prominence after Covid, so that everyone may make a long-term commitment and continue to develop our Group toward a resolutely social organization.
To achieve this, we have devised a shareholding scheme accessible to all employees, regardless of their seniority or status.
This is the first initiative of its kind in our sector, as is often the case Korian wants to be a trailblazer and is once again showing the way. This initiative will not be the last, however, and it is part of our long-term strategy to create a significant shareholding held by our employees: it is a tangible element of our "Care at Heart" corporate project approach.
